When we started Nationwide Express Services Ltd in 1994, we had a vision. Our vision was to create an independent parcel company, supporting small and medium local businesses in the area. Our goal was to make ourselves different from other faceless parcel companies and provide a customer focused, fast and affordable parcel service.

When we joined the APC family in 1995, we knew we were with the best. APC are the UK's largest parcel delivery network with over 100 independent delivery and collection specialists. Together with APC, we continue to providing excellent service to our many SME customers.

Opening an Account

There are five easy steps to take when opening an account with us. You take the first, then leave the rest to us. Our friendly and customer focused team are on hand whenever you need them, giving you peace of mind that your freight is safe and accounted for at every step:

  1. Open an account by calling us at the APC depot here in Cheltenham. Our team will advise you on pricing and all of our services, dial 01242 220200 and select option 3.

  2. We’ll agree a parcel collection time and start date with you.

  3. We’ll set up your software integration, enabling automated delivery bookings and remote printing of labels, incorporating your existing order management and warehouse systems saving you time and money.

  4. We'll show you how our technology gives you real time information on the progress of your delivery, how to track deliveries online and check who has signed for your parcels.

  5. Once your account is open, you can schedule collections, book and track your deliveries online and check who has signed for your parcels. We can schedule a review with you to ensure everything is going smoothly.
