FAQ’s

Can I pay cash?

We have a facility to pay by card, via Sum Up. You will receive a receipt upon completion of the transaction.

Is there anywhere to park?

Yes - we have plenty of parking on the Kingsditch Trading estate.

Do you have any packaging materials?

Unfortunately we can not supply packing materials. Please bring your parcel in, in strong adequate packaging, secured with tape and clearly labelled.

Will it arrive Next Day*?

We aim to delivery next day however, we like to inform all our customers to allow 24-72 hours delivery.

Do you send to PO boxes?

Unfortunately we do not, as PO boxes are affiliated with The Royal Mail.

Will I get a receipt?

We will send you a confirmation email once the item has been booked on for shipping.

Can you collect my parcel from my house that I would like to ship out?

We do not offer this service at this time, we require all parcels you wish to send to me dropped into our depot.

What happens if the person misses their delivery?

Not to worry. The recipient has 2 delivery attempts. If they miss their delivery, they will be notified via SMS/Email to reschedule their delivery. Alternatively they can opt to collect from their local depot.

Can you do a collection from somewhere in the country to come back to me?

Yes we can. Please call our depot on 01242 220200 and chat to one of our support team about your needs.

Does the delivery need to be signed for at the receiving end?

No, however we do require a name for the proof of delivery (POD). Someone must be home to receive the goods. They will receive a 2 hour ETA the morning of the delivery. If you or they require tracking, they can do so on the ‘receiving a parcel’ page.
